i loved how this hotel was just a short walk from great dining options like Toby Carvery and so close to beautiful green spaces like Elswick Park, making it perfect for weekend strolls and sightseeing.

There was a stain on the wall that was hard to overlook, hinting at maintenance not being up to snuff. Dining options closed early for kids, limiting family-friendly access. Breakfast had a solid quality overall, but at 15 pounds, looking for alternatives like nearby IKEA could save you some credits. Lastly, the notice about opting in for daily room cleaning should be clearer. returning after a day out to find the room not cleaned wasn’t ideal.

I had a wonderful stay in a spacious Deluxe King Room with Sofa Bed. The staff were genuinely friendly, accommodating our requests with a smile, making check-in super easy. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the Metro Centre. the bathroom could use a little update to match the overall modern feel of the room.

Great pool and friendly staff!

We stayed for 2 nights and had a pretty good time. The pool was a hit with the kids. The breakfast had loads of choices! The location is super convenient for shopping and dining, with Pizza Hut just around the corner. Just wish the beds were more comfy. I woke up a bit sore. a decent stay!
